Renovohaus exists because managing a renovation — finding trustworthy trades, sequencing them, handling permits, chasing schedules — is a full-time job that homeowners are expected to do for free, with no experience, on the most expensive purchase after their home itself.
The typical renovation story goes like this: you collect three quotes from strangers, pick one on gut feel, and hope. If the drywaller doesn't show, the plumber can't start — and suddenly you're the project manager, the referee, and the one living in the dust.
Renovohaus takes that job off your hands. We scope the project with you, match it with licensed, insured trades from a vetted network, and manage the work through to the final walkthrough. You get one point of contact the whole way — one person to call about scheduling, materials, and the inevitable mid-project questions.
We're deliberately not a construction company. Renovation touches too many specialties — design, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, tile — for one crew to do all of them well. Instead of selling you our crew regardless of fit, we build the right team for your specific job from specialists who've already proven themselves.
Today we manage kitchen, bathroom, basement, and interior projects across 25markets in southern Ontario — from Toronto to Kitchener-Waterloo, Halton to Hamilton, and Brantford & Brant County.

We only win if the project goes well
Our model depends on referrals and repeat clients in the communities we serve. A renovation that ends in finger-pointing costs us more than it costs anyone else — so accountability isn't a slogan, it's the business model.
Vetting is the product
Anyone can forward your number to a contractor. The value is in who doesn't make it into the network: trades are screened for licensing, insurance, and completed work before they're eligible for a single project, and they stay in the network by performing.
Honesty over polish
We publish our ballpark price ranges, we tell you we're not the ones swinging the hammer, and we'd rather scope a project honestly than win it with a low number that grows later.
